In order to further strengthen the understanding of HR work of various organizations within Sinofert and to deploy talent systematic building from a strategic perspective, Sinofert held HR Working Conference in Beijing on Jun. 4. Over 90 people, including company executives, directors of each department, subsidiary and branch and HR staff attended the conference.
HR Department made a detailed presentation on the HR Strategic Planning from 2013-2015 and made arrangement for the key work in 2013. General idea and plan of “3 major 100-person plans” on talent building were illustrated. The opening of this conference also means the official kickoff of “100-person plan on marketing”, “100-person plan on the industry” and “100-person plan on science and technology”. During the conference, 4 organizations made presentations on experience sharing.
At the end of the conference, Feng Zhibin, the CEO, addressed the audience. Mr. Feng took the example of Dupont’s advanced management of HR. He emphasized on the significance of strategic talents to the company’s strategy, & the relationship between strategic talents and managing & profit models of the company. Mr. Feng requested that all the key-positioned employees more deeply understand the company’s strategy on HR management, adhere to principles, broaden the views, discover talents through various channels, foster talents through various ways, & increase the capability on execution in order to build a qualified team of HR managers.
Through the convening of this conference, all organizations have further realized the importance and urgency of improving the building of talent team, & clarified on the current situation and major tasks for HR work. In the context of severe economic situation, all organizations will proceed with confidence, confront the difficulties and solve them, consolidate the foundation of HR management, forge systematic project of talent building, and promote the transformation-leading HR development strategy.
