On Jun. 19, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinofert Jiangsu Branch Company. In Changzhou Management Center of Sinofert Jiangsu, Mr. Feng inspected on-site the modern agriculture of southern Jiangsu Province, visited the lawn base that is using Sinofert’s slow released fertilizer and the fruit tree base where Sinofert’s chelate fertilizer are used. In the demonstration field, Mr. Feng was pleased to see the large farms of fruitful grapes and pears that have been using Sinofert’s chelate fertilizer. Mr. Feng encouraged the employees of Jiangsu Branch to further expand the size of the experiment and demonstration, exploring new development approach towards innovative transformation.

With key-positioned employees and some of the young employees, Mr. Feng conducted over 4 hours of informal discussions.  After hearing their reports, Mr. Feng fully recognized the achievements of the business performance and transformation made by the branch company since the beginning of the year.

Mr. Feng expressed expectations and requests to Jiangsu Branch, asking all the employees to more clearly realize the mission and responsibilities Sinofert is undertaking in the modernization process of China’s agriculture, to see the challenges faced by Sinofert, to identify the problems existing in China’s agricultural modernization and to provide solutions to these problems. Mr. Feng hoped that the employees would always remember Sinochem’s corporate philosophy of “Creating value and pursuing excellence” and implement it into day-to-day work. Mr. Feng wished that Jiangsu Branch will foster talent and get ready to “deliver” talent to the headquarters and other branches of Sinofert, and that Jiangsu Branch will become the bellwether of Sinofert’s distribution network.
