On Jun. 21 and 23, Sinofert held “Training on Internal Control and Risk Management of 2013” （Video Conference）. Over 100 people, including executives at Beijing Headquarters, key-positioned employees, all staff at back office departments, & directors and managers in charge of supply and sales and back office business of subsidiaries and branch companies attended the conference.

Manager of Finance Department of Sinochem was present at the meeting and gave a presentation on the rules and procedures of the back office management of Sinochem, emphasizing that back office departments should strive to become an integral part in the process of company development. Manager of Risk Management of Sinochem and CFO of Mosaic China gave presentations on internal control system, organizational guarantee and internal control designing from internal and external perspectives respectively.

Gao Jian, CFO of Sinofert, requested the back office departments to stay alert on adhering to principles and fulfilling responsibilities through case studying.

Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, delivered a speech of “Joint efforts throughout the company, to strive for building a powerful and staunch back office system”, requesting proper handling of the relationships between the management and the back office departments, between value protection and value creation, between the headquarters’ back office and grassroots’ back office, & between the existing business and innovative business.
