As instructed by Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, a 13-person study group headed by Feng Mingwei, Vice President of Sinofert visited Shanghai on Jun. 24, to learn from Far East Horizon Limited on-site, to benchmark and to learn from the advanced and experienced Far East Horizon on customer development and management. This is aimed at further enhancing Sinofert’s level of customer management, increasing channel customer stickiness, creating value for customers and consolidating the foundation of the company’s transformation of marketing strategy.
The study group conducted in-depth communications and discussions with Wang Ruisheng, Vice President of Far East Horizon, and his team on strategy selection and promotion, competitive edge building, market positioning and customer selection, customer management and promotion, and establishing of corporate culture and marketing teams.
After the meeting with Far East Horizon, the study group carried out intensive internal discussions on the topics mentioned above. Combined with their individual work, the group members talked about how to improve performance, clarify on the future direction, and strengthened the conviction of speeding up the transformation of the company.
