On Aug. 20, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinofert Guangdong Branch Company, & conducted informal discussions with key-positioned employees. 

You Chenrong, General Manager of Sinofert Guangdong, reported on the company’s business operation and strategic progressing, & analyzed the current problems and disadvantages as well as future operation initiatives and development strategy.

Mr. Feng fully recognized Sinofert Guangdong’s efforts and achievement in operating potash for direct application, providing agronomic service and establishing profession HR team. Mr. Feng requested that Guangdong Branch learn from the advanced experiences from sister companies and peer companies, scientifically conduct market survey and analysis, clarify on operating philosophy, cement customer foundation, improve price system, succeed in channel setup, push forward testing demonstration & enhance performance and core competitiveness through the rolling revision of the 3 year development plan. Mr. Feng hoped that Guangdong Branch would learn from experiences, speed up the transformation to marketing and promote the business operation to a higher level.
