From Dec. 9 to 11, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinochem Fuling, observed the production site, visited the front line employees, and conducted informal discussions with the executives of Sinochem Fuling, directors of the subsidiary plants, back-bone employees, managers of the functional departments and representatives from grassroots level.

Mr. Feng affirmed the progress made by Sinochem Fuling in terms of maintaining the normal operation and good order of the production and business in the context of the severe business environment. At the same time, with regards to the main problems and drawbacks, Mr. Feng requested that Sinochem Fuling should stay united, benchmark itself with advanced plants and comprehensively implement the 7 strategies and 8 management guarantees of Sinofert, so as to create values for Sinochem, bring hopes to the employees, grow together with customers, set up an example in the industry, develop into a leader in the industry and become the “elite troops” of Sinofert’s strategy of industrialization.
