From Jan 17 to 18, Sinofert held its annual working conference of 2014 in Beijing. 125 people were present at the meeting on site, including the management team and the key-positioned employees from the departments of the headquarters, overseas offices, and subsidiaries, etc. General managers of the branch companies were also present at the meeting. Other members of the branch companies attended the conference via video conference.
During the conference, the progress of the business operation and strategic advancement were studied, the severe business situation faced by the company was comprehensively analyzed, the performance was objectively evaluated, the problems were probed, & the operation philosophy and key measures for 2014 were identified. The ideas were unified, the confidence was reinforced, and the execution power was strengthened, so as to ensure that all the tasks will be achieved.
At the end of the conference, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, made a summarizing speech. Mr. Feng reviewed the development process of the company for the past 3 years, analyzed the changes of the industry and of the environment, requested the company to firmly execute the determined strategy of the company and to make contributions to food security, food safety and ecological civilization of the country.
In the end, Mr. Feng wished that all the key-positioned employees will be even more committed and responsible in leading all the staff to implement “1 philosophy, 7 strategies and 8 guarantees”.
