On the afternoon of Jan. 27, 2014, Chinese New Year Informal Discussions with rotating employees were held in the VIP conference room at Sinofert. Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, talked with 21 rotating employees cordially. The employees talked about their work and life at the front line of the company and Mr. Feng listened to their suggestions to the company. Xia Danning and Xu Zhongqi, assistant vice presidents, attended the meeting and over 30 young employees of the company were also present.
The representatives of the rotating employees reported on their work and their understanding on working at the grassroots level respectively. Proactive interactions with the executives of the company were conducted. The rotating employees not only shared their thoughts about the work, but also offered many valuable suggestions.
Mr. Feng requested that the relevant departments should study and implement the reasonable suggestions made during the discussions. Mr. Feng pointed out that the fundamental philosophy of HR work in the company was to speed up the cultivation of talent and this was one of the priorities for all the divisions.
Mr. Feng hoped that the rotating employees would bring the strategic measures, the corporate culture and values to the front line, as well as taking back the good ideas and practices to the headquarters.
