On Feb. 24, 2014, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinofert Hunan Branch company. Mr. Feng listened to the working reports of the management of Sinofert Hunan branch company, conducted informal discussions with backbone employees and young employees, visited Miluo regional market in the northern part of the province, & looked into cooperative stores, warehouse construction and inventory preparations of Sinofert Hunan. Mr. Feng talked with managers of the cooperative stores, in order to better understand land rotation, crop mix and the development of the co-ops. Mr. Feng also visited employees at the grassroots level. Mr. Feng Mingwei, Vice President of Sinofert, etc. joined Mr. Feng Zhibin for the visit.

During the discussions with the local employees, Mr. Feng Zhibin encouraged them to try to take a leading position in the process of the company’s transformation,  to outperform other players in the local market, and to be the bellwether in the agricultural modernization of Hunan.
