From Feb. 25 to 26, 2014, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, visited and inspected Sinofert Hubei branch company.  Vice Presidents Feng Mingwei and Lv Wen, Assistant Vice President Liu Changfeng accompanied Mr. Feng Zhibin for the visit.

Mr. Feng’s delegation obtained a in-depth understanding of the selection of Sinofert’s agencies and the network layout of Sinofert Hubei. They visited the agencies, the core stores of compound fertilizers, as well as the demonstration field of chelate fertilizer packages. They also listened to the working reports of the management of Sinofert Hubei and conducted informal discussions with the young and backbone employees of the brand company.

During the inspection, Mr. Feng acknowledged the working philosophy of “focusing on crops to manage our products, focusing on customers to make plans, focusing on plans to work out processes, focusing on processes to manage evaluation and focusing on evaluation to decide on awards or punishment”. Mr. Feng also gave on-site guidance on the agronomic service and the experimental demonstration of the branch company. 

In the end, Mr. Feng hoped that Sinofert Hubei would follow the determined strategy of the company, & implement various tasks as mapped out, so as to achieve the goal of taking the largest market share of the local market in Hubei as well as  becoming the largest agricultural input and agronomic service supplier.
