From Jul. 25 to 26, Sinofert held its half-year working conference of 2014 in Chemsunny World Trade Center in Beijing. 135 people including the management team and the key-positioned employees attended the conference. 25 video conference sessions were held with 17 branch companies, 7 subsidiaries and Hong Kong office.

During the conference, Sinofert’s business operation and strategy progress for 1H were carefully examined, objective evaluation of the performance was made, & key problems were identified. Moreover, the business environment was analyzed and suggestions were made with regards to the work in the 2H.

Professor Zhao Bingqiang, Vice President of Soil and Fertilizer Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences delivered a report on “New Development Trends of China’s Fertilizer Market”. Strategy and Market Department of Sinofert made a report on “Current Situation, Problems and Development Ideas of the Business of Differentiated Products of Sinofert”. Li Bing, HSE Director of Sinofert, made a special report on the company’s HSE work.

Group discussions were conducted during the conference and Wang Hongjun, CEO of Sinofert, made a summarizing speech. Mr. Wang recognized the achievement and progress made in the 1H of the year despite of the severe market situation and looked into the problems of the company from various perspectives. While talking about the business operation of the 2H, Mr. Wang emphasized that we would be fully committed to accomplishing the annual budget, improving the quality of managing, upholding the bottom lines of HSE, risk management and quality management; studying and pushing forward systematic reform;& implementing key strategies, etc.

In the end, Mr. Wang stated that the management of the company would spare no efforts bringing the whole staff to a bigger success.
