From Jan 22 to 23, Sinofert held its annual working conference of 2015 in Beijing.  140 people were present at the meeting on site, including the management team and the key-positioned employees from the departments of the headquarters, overseas offices, and subsidiaries, etc. General managers of the branch companies were also present at the meeting. Other members of the branch companies attended the conference via video conference.

During the conference, the progress of the business operation and strategic advancement in 2014 were studied, the severe business situation faced by the company was comprehensively analyzed, the performance was objectively evaluated, the problems were probed, & the operation philosophy and key measures for 2015 were identified.

At the end of the conference, Wang Hongjun, CEO of Sinofert, made a summarizing speech. Mr. Wang reviewed the performance of the company for 2014, analyzed the existing problems and the external environment, as well as making deployment on the major work of 2015. Mr. Wang said that the targets for 2015 had been divided and assigned. The management should have confidence to overcome the difficulties and achieve the goals, so as to build a good foundation for the future development of the company.
