On May 10, 2015, witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Belarusian President Lukashenko, Mr. Liu Deshu, Chairman of the Board of Sinochem Group and Ms. Elena Kudryavets, Director General of Belarusian Potash Company(BPC) signed the Five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)between Sinochem and BPC (2015-2019)in Minsk, capital of Belarus, during which Sinochem Group will purchase 4 million tons of potash fertilizers (including optional quantity) from BPC, with a total value of around $1.3 billion.The MOU will be implemented by Sinochem Fertilizer. The signing of the MOU will further deepen the strategic cooperation between Sinochem and BPC, promote the economic and trade exchanges between China and Belarus, guarantee the supply of high-quality potash for China’s agricultural production and lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the strategy of One Belt and One Road.

        Before the signing ceremony, Mr. Kobyakov, Prime Minister of Belarus received and had friendly exchanges with Mr. Liu Deshu, Chairman of the Board of Sinochem Group and other members of the Sinochem delegation.

        Mr. Wang Hongjun, CEO and Mr. Feng Mingwei, Senior Vice President of Sinochem Fertilizer were present at the related activities.
