Mr. SHI Guangzhu – Vice President

Mr. Shi Guangzhu, aged 41, graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business with a bachelor's degree in accounting and Hong Kong Finance & Economics College with a master's degree in business administration. From 2005 to 2019, Mr. Shi served as general manager of Sinochem Hebei Xinbao Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., deputy general manager and HSE Director of Sinochem Hebei Corp., HSE Director and secretary of discipline inspection committee of High-performance Materials Division of Sinochem International Corporation. From February 2023 to April 2024, Mr. Shi served as HSE and Industrial Management Director of Syngenta Group China and its Crop Nutrition business unit. He has been the Director of QHSE of the Company since May 2024 and Vice President of the Company since June 2024.
